Premium PG Accommodation with Top-Notch Facilities & Security

1 .Candidate has to submit (photo copy) of any one of the below mentioned document as identity proof:

• Voter identity card or Pan card or College identity card or College admission receipt or Employment identity card or 

    Certificate issued from local employer.

2. Candidate has to submit 

• Two passport size photograph.
• One month security with the advance rent of 1 month at the time of joining.

3. Each candidate must submit in details Parents and Local guardians – 

• Name, Address & Telephone no. (Preferably mobile no.) 
• Local guardian is responsible for the welfare of the candidate incase of emergency or illness. If no local guardian is present then in that case the candidate are themselves responsible for their welfare. If management is asked prior we will arrange an ambulance to transfer the candidate, if the case may be it.
• In case of change in address or telephone no. of local guardian / parents, the candidate has to intimate immediately (within 72 hours) of any such change.

4. Each candidate must always follow the rules and regulation of paying guest accommodation, in no condition physical or moral misconduct

    between the candidates and with the management is acceptable and will lead to immediate, permanent expulsion of the candidate.

5. Each candidate must bring there own blanket, bed sheet, crockery, utensil, bucket, mug etc for there personal use. 
6. Candidate are advised / requested –

• To use the kitchen service on the first floor or they may go for Tiffin services. You may even check out on Google search for any latest/new Tiffin service available in and near Mayur Vihar -1. Food will NOT be provided by management for any new candidate.

• Not to keep valuable like jewelry, mobile phone, laptop, cash etc. unattended even in room specially when on sharing basis.
• To keep there belonging in a lock always. Do ask for locker in case of carrying large amount of money. (Lock for the locker has to be brought by the candidate and keys kept with them only and emptied after use.)
• Not to deface walls, doors, corridor, almirah by painting, writing or pasting posters, notes, tapes or nails. Please use STICK ON for any of these needs.   
• To meet the visitors outside the premises and maintain healthy co-ordeal relation within the premises and in the locality.
• Mother, female friends, and sister as visitors are always welcomed and allowed to meet on the ground floor.

7. Always –

• Take prior permission if candidate are expecting guest to stay for night, Charges of Rs.250/- per day (paid in advance) will be levied for 24 hours with check out time at 12:00 noon. (In case of sharing room – there should be no objection by other candidate or candidate’s )

• Pay your monthly payment on the due date; late payment incurs extra charge of Rs.50/- per day.

• Maintain clean, hygienic condition within the room, corridor, and bathroom within the premises. 
• Use water judiciously and electricity wisely. 
• Please switch off the fan and light before leaving the room.
• Return back to your room before 10pm.

6. There are NO extra charges for –

• Electricity or Water for the candidates
• Only mobile charger, laptop / computer & iron are allowed in the room.
• Any other electrical appliance found in the room will lead to fine of Rs 500/- .

7. We have NO provision for parking of vehicles.
8. A notice 15 days has to be given in writing before vacating the room. 
9. Men are not allowed as visitors as well as initially when taking accommodation to visit the room.
10. WARNING- Use of any kind of narcotics, drugs, alcohol and smoking will lead to severe disciplinary action and will result in immediate expulsion of candidate from PG accommodation.
11. Ragging is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE. If candidate is found taking or promoting ragging, it will lead to severe disciplinary action and will result in immediate expulsion of candidate from PG accommodation.

I have hereby read all the rules mentioned above and agree to follow them within my stay in this PG accommodation.
